Terms of Service

2.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Where required by law, we will provide notice.

2.3. The Service, its software, design, brand, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3.1. You retain your rights to the routes, text, photos, videos, and other content you create or provide.

3.2. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any permissions required to create, use, or publish it.

3.3. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide a feature you request or to respond to your support request.

4.1. The price, duration, renewal terms, and features of any paid offer are shown before purchase and form part of these Terms.

4.2. Purchases are processed by the applicable store or payment provider. Its payment, cancellation, renewal, refund, and tax rules may also apply.

4.3. You are responsible for managing or cancelling a recurring purchase through the provider used to make it. Uninstalling the application does not cancel a purchase.

4.4. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.1. Maps, routes, distances, place names, and calculator results may be incomplete, approximate, unavailable, or outdated.

5.2. The Service is a visualization and planning tool. It is not navigation, safety, immigration, tax, or legal advice and must not be used for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.

5.3. You are responsible for checking important information against current official sources.

6.1. You may not use the Service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, distribute harmful code, bypass access or payment controls, disrupt the Service, or misuse it to create deceptive or harmful content.

6.2. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.

7.1. The Service may depend on third-party platforms, data, software, or services. Their terms and policies apply separately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.

7.2. City and geographical names data are sourced from GeoNames under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for keeping any copies or backups you need. We are not responsible for loss of locally stored projects, content, or exports.

8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

8.4. These exclusions do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. Any recurring purchase must be cancelled separately through the applicable provider.

9.2. We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
